THE IRISH HANDMADE GLASS COMPANY 

After the closure of The Waterford Glass Factory in 2009, a group of four Master Craftsmen in the art of glass making, formed The Irish Glass Company.

They based this new glass making workshop in Henrietta Street, in the Historic Viking Quarter of Waterford city, where they welcome visitors to experience their craft in the making.

All their glass is made here in the workshop, from ‘Crystalline’ a non lead based crystal.

Their aim is to keep the craft alive and to create both clear and coloured pieces of beautiful glassware.  Every single piece is guaranteed handmade in Ireland
